Today I came across a young women who felt as if she has nothing left in the world to live for. I felt bad for her, and wondered why she felt the love of a man would complete her. Today I decided to write this blog about loving yourself, and no matter what you don't need a man, women, friend, or family member to validate that. Who you are is who you are. Feeling beautiful starts from the inside and works its way out. If you are a beautiful person people will know it.
Take the time to exercise, eat right, and love your body, and it will love you back! Its important for any women to have self care, go out and get a facial, pedicure, hair & nails.. if your not into that get a massage. Its very important to have social time with friends, live love and laugh. Go out to happy hour and have a nice glass of wine. I believe that all women are beautiful , and its important to love yourself. Especially if you have kids, you want to make sure you hold it down for the little ones, because believe me they are watching. No matter what you have to hold it together for them. I just wanted to write this blog today about beauty, and loving yourself to the fullest.
